Una - The River That Connects
UNA – THE RIVER THAT CONNECTS is a documentary about the Una, one of the Balkans’ most beautiful rivers, and the people whose lives are shaped by it. Flowing from Croatia through Bosnia and Herzegovina, the river connects towns and generations. Through the voices of fishermen, artists, scientists, and activists, the film shows the Una as a symbol of belonging and community — while also capturing struggles to protect it, from opposition to a nearby hydropower plant to concerns over a planned nuclear waste site. Told without narration, through the authentic voices of those who live along it.
