Krivicu za saobraćajni udes ponekad nose i nepažljivi pješaci, a djeca još češće. Kroz zanimljivu priču sa čika Purom i Vučkom, vješto su utkana pravila kojih se pješaci moraju pridržavati, a mladi gledaoci mogu da shvate poruku filma.

Careless walkers, especially children, are often to blame for traffic accidents. Through an interesting story, with mister Pura and Vučko, the rules of street walker’s behavior are shown to young viewers so they can understand the message of the film.
